Urinary albumin excretion increases following intense sport activities, but effect of sport course physical activity on albuminuria of school students hadn’t been surveyed, yet. Ten 12-14 years old students of the secondary 1st grade, who were active in sport course and volunteer of participating in the research, are chosen as subjects, after receiving the consents from their parents. Urinary samples were gathered, before, immediately then and 45 min after the sport course, and urinary albumin concentration was determined, using electrophoresis method. In order to investigate variations of urinary albumin, the statistical method of variance analysis test with repeated measurements was used. Urinary albumin increased significantly and remarkably, immediately after the exercise. Thereafter, it moved down toward relaxation values. Sport albuminuria is temporary and reversible condition, and it couldn’t a limiting factor of the physical activity. Of course, annual medical examiners are recommended.
