No significant correlation has been observed between the taskoriented management style of coaches and the athletes' level of self-efficiency. No significant relationship was observed between achievement motivation and self-efficiency of athletes in the study. There is no significant difference between male and female coaches in the selection of task-oriented leadership style. Regarding achievement motivation between male and female athletes, there was no statistically significant difference.
